Payments and refunds

Leada League Pro is a one-off payment of £4.99. It unlocks higher private league limits, larger groups, joining more than one private league, and anonymised match insights.

Pro is attached to the account that completed checkout or was granted access by an admin.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and payment details are entered through Stripe checkout and are not stored by Leada League.

After successful payment, Stripe tells Leada League to mark your account as Pro. This can take a short moment after checkout completes.

Leada League Pro is not a subscription. It is a one-off upgrade, so there are no recurring charges to cancel.

Once Pro access has been activated, refunds are not normally offered simply because you changed your mind or no longer want to use the app.

We will still review refund requests where a payment was made by mistake, you were charged incorrectly, Pro was not activated, Pro was materially not as described, or a refund is required by applicable law.

To request help, contact support with the email used for your account and the approximate payment time.

If Leada League is later sold through an app store, app-store purchases and refunds may be handled under that store's payment and refund rules.
